Overview

The client brief was to create a main and guest house with mutual privacy, following a Japanese-style design. The clients emphasised on outdoor space overlooking the Black Sea. The uneven terrain led us to an onsite monolithic approach for the garage level, which further allowed us to create two individual swimming pools with a surrounding concrete patio area. The upper Ground level comprised of 3 and 2 modules for House A and B respectively. The second floor mirrored the ground level and both houses opted for a useable roof area. The extended roof and terraces were completed using a prefabricated steel structure, mouted on the site.
