Overview

Creating something simple, but very good in terms of long-term usability- that was our goal. The plot had a face of just 14m, meaning we had limitations in terms of centre the house. In the end, we managed to place the house in a way, which not only did not sacrifice utility, but also gave strong emphasise on the positioning of the window openings in terms of daylight. The house has a GBA of 256 square meters spread out on two floors.
