Is MOLO a container?
MOLO is Absolutely NOT a container. MOLO’s Modular Construction system offers an all-round superior alternative to standard monolithic construction with reinforced concrete structures, achieved through industrialising the construction process. Instead of building on-site, with human labor and the inability to control a number of external factors, we do it in a manufacturing facility on high-tech production lines, controlling every single factor. As with conventional monolithic construction, our construction technology also includes construction stages such as formwork, concrete pouring, plastering, painting, etc., but they are carried out in a controlled environment where we can achieve impeccable quality, unlike with on-site construction.
What are the Modules made out of?
Rigid steel structure with reinforced fibercement encasing.
High-strength reinforced concrete PPVC modules.
The type of module is selected according to the specific project composition and the customer’s requirements.
How long do MOLO buildings take to complete?
We aim to deliver small-scale projects in 150 days and large-scale projects in 270 days.
What guarantees do you offer?
MOLO undertakes a 15-year warranty on the structure and from 1-5 years on the various non-structural elements.
Where are the modules produced?
Our state-of-the-art production facility is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
